The Apartment is fully equipped (every kind of kitchenware, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, iron, bedclothes, towels, shower gel.) The big size (11 m2) balcony - face to the garden - offer you a complete relaxation. In the sleeping room there is a double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (120x200 cm). Plus 1 extra bed is avaible. You can use a dining corner, next to the kitchen. You can optimize the temperature with an individually controllable heating system and with 2 air-condoitioners. The flat screen TV, with channels in 6 languages and the unlimited internet/wifi access are free of charge and no limit! No cleaning costs, no matter how long you stay. Parking face to the building is free.
The nearest grocery shop is 400 m from the flat. If you need home comfort, demanding, modern and clean Apartment, you found the best one.
The prices depend on the date of travel and the number of the guests/nights.
