The separated flat (72m2) - launched in July, 2019 - is built, using the highest quality of materials and equipments. You can use 2 sleeping-rooms, living-room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets! Your total comfort is insured by 3 air-conditioners and the controllable heating system. For you entertain there is a radio (with bluetooth and USB-connections) and a huge smart TV, in the living-room. One of the sleeping-room is also equipped with a smart-TV. The Apartment and the kitchen is completely equipped. You can enjoy plenty of TV-channels, including several ones in foreign languages. The no limit Internet/Wifi access is reachable in the whole flat. The balcony (with a table and chairs) is face to the yard. Every windows is equipped with blinds and mosquito nets! The private garage in the closed yard is yours, day and night! As an Extra, there are an outside fitness-Park and a basketball-court, which you can use for free,daytime,every day. In the 2 sleeping-rooms 4 adults can sleep.
The prices depend on the date of travel and the number of the guests/nights.
