The living room is facing south, open onto a balcony. You can optimize the temperature with an individually controllable heating system, an air-condoitioner in the living-room and with a ventillator. The flat screen TV, with channels in 6 languages and the unlimited internet/wifi access are free of charge. No cleaning costs, no matter how long you stay. Parking face to the building is free. You can use day and night the private parking lot in the closed yard for free as well. The 2 sleeping-room is comfortable for 4 people. You can use 2 toilets, as well. In the bath-room there is tub, and shower, as well. The nearest small grocery shop is only 30m from the flat. If you need home comfort, demanding, modern and clean Apartment, you found the best one.
